The List
Welcome
Welcome to all the Joe My G-d readers who have flocked here yesterday and today.
I've received your messaged and I wanted to say a few things.
1. Thank you for keeping the discussion alive. I am raising children and would love AIDS to be spoken of much like Polio... gone.
2. I listened to Barak Obama speak today about how AIDS is no longer a death sentence. My heart stopped beating. It's a death sentence. It's just a little longer on death row and much nicer. I'm delighted that we all get these extra years with the positive people we love so much but really. Let's not pretend like this one can be cured or managed all that well.
Please don't let Steven's death be in vain.
Say Hello?
I notice that this blog still gets a good amount of hits each day.
Who are you?
And where have you come from?
Start at the Beginning
Not so much a blog but a chronicle of a moment in my life that can neither be deleted nor added to.

And then Steven died
And There was Nothing
If you've read all this you'll see there are no heroes, no evil, no good resolutions and no ending.
There is one dead man, one grieving mother, one abandoned parter and a collection of friends who come together and drift apart like ripples in the water.
This weekend I spoke to some of them and it left me empty.
I'm going to keep running but it's not really for Steven at this point. It's out of terror for anyone who will be living this.
Right now someone is.
